Medical Care
Family Health Center employs experienced and professional board-certified physicians, nurse practitioners, University of Missouri residents, and registered and licensed practical nurses to meet our patients’ medical health care needs. When specialty health care is needed, our medical staff will assist you with referrals. Our medical staff will also follow up with patients after treatment by specialists.
The Family Health centers at Columbia, Salisbury, and Marceline provide the following services:
- Annual physical examinations and follow-up care
- Family planning and prenatal care
- Newborn and pediatric care
- Acute illness care
- Chronic disease management
- Immunizations
- Medication assistance
- Referrals for eye care
- Mental health care and referrals
