We believe that medical, oral, and mental health care should be available to everyone regardless of their ability to pay. Family Health Center provides access to the underserved and uninsured families in our communities. Discounts are provided for uninsured, low-income families.
As a “medical home” to more than 13,000 patients, we focus on the overall well-being of our patients, in addition to providing exceptional care for illness, disease or injury. We want each patient to realize his or her maximum potential for a healthy and active life.
Family Health Center employs experienced and professional board-certified physicians, nurse practitioners, licensed dentists, registered dental hygienists and licensed clinical social workers who can meet most medical, oral, and behavioral health care needs. When specialty health care is needed, our medical staff will assist you with referrals. Our medical staff will also follow up with patients after treatment by specialists.
In addition, Family Health Center offers specific services for the underserved such as medication purchasing assistance, medical social worker services, and patient education.
