Currently Family Health Center of Boone County has four separate locations of operation: Family Health Center @ Worley (Main Site), Family Health Center @ Blind Boone, Family Dental Center, and Family Health Center @ Salisbury. Also there are plans for FHC to make an expansion into Marceline. Follow the links below for information on each one of our satellite clinics.
