Family Health Center provides care to everyone, including uninsured persons and those covered by Medicare, Medicaid or Commercial Insurance.

For uninsured persons, charges are based on each individual's ability to pay.  However, no one is ever refused care because of inability to pay.  We believe that primary and preventative health services should be available to everyone regardless of ability to pay.

Family Health Center @ Blind Boone Services Include:

  • annual physical examinations and follow-up care
  • immunizations
  • family planning and prenatal care
  • newborn and pediatric care
  • medication assistance
  • referrals for eye and dental care
  • mental health care and referrals
  • language translation services
